We do not participate with any health insurance for our services. Payment is made directly to our office for services provided in the form of either check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

If your plan has out of network benefits, you may be able to be reimbursed a percentage after your deductible has been met. We will gladly give you a receipt and a bill to submit if you choose to. Westchester Sports and Wellness will not submit a claim to insurance nor participate in the reimbursement process.

You can use your HSA or FSA for payment but please check with your HR department to be sure.

Our fees are as follows:

Initial Visit with Dr. Inesta:	$295
Follow-up Visit with Dr. Inesta:	$150
Re-examination with Dr. Inesta:	$175
